We meet on the 3rd Tuesday of the month usually in the afternoon, but sometimes in the morning. This time on Friday afternoon.
Our next visit will be to Cholmondeley Castle Gardens on Thursday July 8th.
The gardens are not open on Tuesdays. Garden visits are social occasions and I suggest we meet in the café at 12-30 pm before or after strolling round the extensive gardens where there will be lots of seasonal blooms to enjoy. Admission costs £10 but Gardeners World vouchers giving 2 for 1 entry are valid.
Garden Admission: Adults ticket – £5. The garden is in the 2 for 1 deal with the voucher from Gardeners’ World.
A garden Season Pass: £12 and allows unlimited Garden entry throughout the year
during normal opening hours including 10% off plant purchases.
Free entry for holders of individual RHS partner garden membership.
The nursery is a specialist grower of Hardy Perennials and Shrubs. It has a wealth of bedding and patio plants.
The gardens are set around a tranquil lake with woodland walks and Monet style bridges. This garden feels magical once you step through the gated archway, opening into a haven of nature and wildlife. A peaceful escape awaits in these beautiful gardens. There is a Tea Room
serving refreshments and home baked cakes/snacks with plenty of indoor and outdoor
seating.
